Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. We offer COD on all orders across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your door.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. Card payments are available at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use that number to track your parcel with the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

Are the products stitched or unstitched?

All QURBAT pieces are fully stitched and ready to wear. No tailoring is required.

What sizes are available?

We offer Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L) across most products. Size availability per product is listed on each product page.

What fabric is used?

Our Summer Collection is made from 100% premium lawn fabric — lightweight and breathable, perfect for Pakistani summers. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my QURBAT clothing?

We recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water. Avoid wringing. Iron on medium heat while slightly damp for best results. Do not bleach.
