Return & Exchange Policy
At Qurbat Clothing, we want you to love every piece you receive. Every order is carefully packed, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
In such cases, Qurbat Clothing will cover all shipping charges and offer either a replacement or refund, once the issue is verified.
To process a return request, customers must provide:
- An unboxing video
- Clear photos of the issue
- Proof of order receipt
All requests must be shared within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel. Requests after this time frame will not be eligible.
Exchange
Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
However, exchanges are allowed in eligible cases:
- Single-product orders: Eligible for exchange
- Bundled/multiple-item offers: Not eligible for exchange or return (damaged items remain an exception)
For eligible exchanges, you may:
- Select another product of the same value, or
- Pay the difference if the new item is of higher value
Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and verified.
In non-damaged cases, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
